Family Court Judges grant Court Orders to non-custodial parents for visitation with their children. Visits are facilitated and supervised by court-approved child advocates. Reports of the visitation are provided to the courts as per Court Order requirement.

We have four visitation services:

  • On-Site Visitation – (click here to view our on-site site plan)
  • Virtual Visitation -Visitation services preformed via WhatsApp or Zoom.
  • Off-Site Visitation – Child friendly environments including recreational areas, restaurants, libraries, parks, etc.
  • In-Home Visits – Experienced Supervisors are present which may, by mutual consent of each parent, be held at the home of the non-custodial parent.

Referrals accepted from lawyers are welcome.

Family Court Judges grant Court Orders to non-custodial parents for visitation with their children. Visits are facilitated in a structured environment and supervised by court-approved child advocates. Reports of the visitation are provided to the courts as per Court Order requirement.

For visits ordered by Court, the program operates on Thursdays from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm, Saturdays from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and Sundays 9:30 am – 1:30 pm.

A Security Guard and a court-approved Supervisor are present during the court-ordered visits, which are conducted in large, comfortable visiting rooms at Building A, Pomona Health Center. A large selection of toys and DVDs are available for the enjoyment of the child and his/her Visiting Parent.

Off-Site Visitation

Experienced Supervisors are present which may, by mutual consent of each parent, be held at select community locations.

The court-approved Supervisor will monitor exchanges between Visiting Parent and the minors and will write a report to be presented to the court.

We offer Off-Site visitation 7 days a week.

In-Home Visitation

Experienced Supervisors are present which may, by mutual consent of each parent, be held at the home of the non-custodial parent.

The court-approved Supervisor will monitor exchanges between Visiting Parent and the minors and will write a report to be presented to the court.

We offer In-Home visitation 7 days a week.

Referrals

Reasons for Referral:

  1. Allegations that custodial parent is denying access to non-custodial parent
  2. Lengthy separation of child and parent or no previous relationship
  3. History of mental health problems
  4. Unresolved conflict between parents
  5. Concerns about parenting skills
  6. Concerns about emotional, sexual or physical abuse of children
  7. History of substance abuse
  8. Abduction concerns
  9. History of domestic violence
